Event Registration Attendant

Mirror Ink is seeking skilled and personable Event Registration Specialists to staff the registration table at our upcoming events in Minneapolis and beyond. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our event attendees, tasked with making an amazing first impression and ensuring a smooth registration experience. 

Our Event Registration Attendants are highly skilled at customer service and understand the architecture of events, making sure that attendees are informed of the event’s agenda and ongoing activities. When on-site for small to large-scale events, registration specialists are the personalities behind the registration desk that make our attendees feel welcome and informed.

Compensation for this role starts at $250.00 flat rate per event, with an average of 4-6 hours required per event. Candidates must be willing to travel out of state. All travel expenses will be paid by Mirror Ink.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Laying out name tags for registered guests

• Working as ushers and ensuring seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations.

• Working under the instructions of an Event Producer.

• Ensuring the event hall is clean and organized.

• Adhering to event safety standards.

• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.

• Assuming the role of Ticket Taker and welcoming guests.

• Dispensing useful information to event-goers.

• Setup and breakdown of registration table and equipment when the event is completed.

Dates & Locations

Onboarding and training will begin Monday, July 22, 2024. 

Upcoming events include several dates in Minneapolis, as well as several locations which will require travel.
